In late March 2025, I met with Stephen Martinez and Vikki Charboneau about listing my home in Del Webb Ponte Vedra, and possibly purchasing another home. On April 1, 2025 I listed my home with them. That same afternoon, they arranged for my first showing. The following morning, they brought me a robust offer on my home.
